How to Find Peaceful Surroundings in The Sims 4

Sims with the Inner Peace aspiration spend a lot of time trying to calm their emotions and stay balanced. They feel their best when the world around them feels calm and supportive, so peaceful spaces matter a lot to them.

When working on the Peaceful Surroundings milestone from Spa Day, the idea is pretty simple.

Your Sim just needs to step into a calm environment. A room with New Age music playing counts, and so does a space where incense is burning. This can happen at home or at a spa, so there is plenty of flexibility.

Peaceful moments also show up in quieter ways. A solid night of sleep helps, and meditation sessions count too. Anything that helps your Sim slow down and reset can move this milestone forward.

Incense works especially fast. As soon as your Sim smells it, they start to relax.

New Age music has its own effect. Sims often begin to sway or dance on their own, which is a good sign that the room feels peaceful to them.

This milestone is more about repetition than difficulty. Your Sim needs to experience peaceful surroundings a lot of times before they can conquer that milestone, so patience matters here.

The actions themselves are easy, but they take time to stack up.

Reaching inner peace does not happen all at once, and that is kind of the point. Stick with it, keep creating calm spaces, and the milestone will eventually fall into place.

Inner Peace and Werewolves

After finishing the Inner Peace aspiration, werewolves get a really powerful bonus. Right before a rampage starts, they can enter a state called Clear Perspective. This keeps them calm enough to think clearly, even while they are fully feral.

Instead of losing control, you can still direct their actions, which makes rampages much easier to manage.

Happy Simming!
