Marrying a Sage in The Sims 4: A Walk in the Park

In The Sims 4, your Sim can marry any of the Sages. You can even have them join your household permanently and include them in family play. When a Sage moves in, the game automatically creates a new Sage to take their place in the magical realm.

To marry a Sage, your Sim just needs a high romance bar with them. Then, propose and plan the wedding just like you would with any other Sim.

You can skip the move-in screen after getting married. This way, your Sim can marry a Sage without them joining your household, which comes with a few benefits.

Marrying a Sage Doesn’t Mean They Should Move In

If Sages don’t move into your household after marriage, they can keep their roles as Sages.

NPCs with jobs lose their hidden trait if they become playable Sims.

When Sages don’t move in, you can’t control their actions, which can make both the game and the marriage more fun. Give them a resident key so they can visit anytime.

When they do visit, your Sim can ask them to stay the night and spend time together. Letting your Sim’s spouse act on their own adds a bit of excitement to the game and their relationship.

Marrying Morgyn Ember

Speaking of marrying the Sages, many players wonder about Morgyn Ember’s gender.

Morgyn Ember is non-binary, meaning they don’t identify strictly as male or female. Their appearance reflects this too, with a masculine frame and a preference for feminine clothing.

They can’t become pregnant or impregnate other Sims. But your Sim can still marry them.

When you marry Morgyn Ember, they’ll wear a dress on the wedding day.

Can You Have Babies With a Sage in The Sims 4?

In The Sims 4, Sages are completely infertile, so your Sim can’t have a baby with them. Even though your Sim can marry a Sage, they won’t be able to have children together.

Sages being infertile isn’t just about Morgyn Ember. All Sages are infertile. Even though your Sim can woohoo with a Sage, they can’t try for a baby.

Happy Simming!
