If you’re tired of scrolling through the standard two-column CAS layout, you can add more columns with the More Columns in CAS mod by Weerbesu.
The mod lets you display three, four, or five columns in Create-a-Sim, making it much easier to browse through hairstyles, clothes, accessories, and other customization options.
Install the More Columns in CAS mod.
Download and install the More Columns in CAS mod by Weerbesu, then place the mod files in your Sims 4 Mods folder.
Once you’ve installed it, you can choose how many columns you want to display by using a supported game resolution.
Use 1920 × 1080 resolution for five CAS columns.
If you want the maximum number of columns, set your game resolution to 1920 × 1080.
This resolution gives you five CAS columns.
Use 1600 × 900 resolution for four CAS columns.
Set your game resolution to 1600 × 900 if you want four CAS columns.
Use 1280 × 720 resolution for three CAS columns.
If you’d prefer three columns, set your resolution to 1280 × 720.
The available space on your screen determines how many columns the game can display, so you may not be able to use five columns at lower resolutions.
Check your resolution if the mod isn’t showing additional columns.
If you’ve installed the mod but still see the standard two-column CAS layout, check your game resolution first.
You should also make sure you’re using a version of the mod that’s compatible with your current version of The Sims 4. Mods can stop working after game updates, so check for an updated version whenever EA releases a new patch.
If you’re still having problems, refresh your Mods folder and try repairing your game files.
