Your Sims can have a hard time sleeping when their neighbors are being noisy. This is a common problem in The Sims 4: City Living, where neighbors may play loud music or WooHoo loudly enough to keep your Sims awake.
One of the easiest ways to stop the noise is to leave your neighborhood temporarily. Visit another lot outside the neighborhood, stay there for a few seconds, and then return home.
Your neighbors should be quieter when your Sim gets back.
You can also move into one of the apartments at 920 Medina Studios in the Arts Quarter. This apartment has the Quiet and Haunted lot traits.
If you don’t want to deal with ghosts, you can remove the Haunted trait.
Try asking your neighbors to keep quiet.
You can knock on your noisy neighbor’s door and ask them to stop making so much noise. However, they may dismiss your Sim and say that you have a boring life, and they live there too.
You can try improving your relationship with the neighbor first. Once you’re friends, ask them again to keep the noise down. They may be more willing to cooperate.
Fight your noisy neighbors.
If talking doesn’t work, your Sim can take a more aggressive approach. Insult the noisy neighbor and start a fight.
It’s certainly not the most peaceful solution, but it can teach your neighbors to think twice about disturbing your Sim’s sleep.
