Let’s see where you can find mushrooms in The Sims 4.
Finding Mushrooms in The Sims 4: Cottage Living
In the Bramblewood neighborhood of Sims 4 Cottage Living, head to the nearby woods. Look for a gazebo near the church ruins. This is the prime spot for foraging mushrooms.
Near the round gazebo, you’ll find several patches of mushrooms. Hover your mouse cursor over the area and harvest the mushrooms.
To gather mushrooms efficiently, make sure you revisit the woods at different times of day. Different mushroom patches spawn at different times, so checking back regularly gives you the best chance to find them all.
By the waterfall, in front of the bench, you’ll discover patches of spicy mushrooms. It’s the ideal spot for finding them.
Foraging for mushrooms demands time and patience. That’s why tasks involving mushrooms typically take a bit longer to finish.
Buy Mushrooms from the Grocery and Gardening Stall
If you want mushrooms quickly, you can simply buy them from the grocery or gardening stall. Keep in mind that the inventory rotates daily, so if you don’t see what you need, just check back later.
You can also earn mushrooms by completing errands for Villagers in Henford-on-Bagley.
Once you have some mushrooms, your Sims can plant them to grow a steady supply.
⇒ Pro Tip:
- You can use spicy mushrooms to make Spicy Treats. Feed them to your hens, and they’ll start laying obsidian eggs. Give them to your cows, and you’ll get fire milk. And if you offer them to your llamas, you can even transform them into red llamas that produce red wool.
Happy Simming!
