Making cheese isn’t included in the base game of The Sims 4. However, if you want to make cheese, you can install the Cottage Living expansion pack or mods that can add this functionality to the game.
In Cottage Living, Sims can make cheese by clicking on the fridge or stove, then choosing Cheese from the Cook menu. You’ll need a cooking skill level of 1 and 2 bottles of milk.
This makes 8 servings of cheese. Just make sure you have a free countertop and a working stove to make cheese.
You only need one cow to get enough milk for cheese. Milking a cow gives about six bottles of milk, but you only need two to make cheese.
Homemade cheese can be used in other recipes to add a tasty homemade touch to your meals.
Buy Cheese Online or From the Local Market
Groceries are back in The Sims 4 Cottage Living, so you can order cheese online or buy it from the local market stall in the Finchwick Neighborhood.
Taking care of cows can be time-consuming. You have to clean the shed daily, feed the animals, and build a good relationship with them for quality milk.
If that’s too much, you can just order milk and cheese online or buy them from the market stall.
Happy Simming!
