You can disable individual Sims 4 packs if you don’t want certain DLC affecting your current save. This is useful if you want to play with a smaller selection of packs without uninstalling anything.

Open the EA app and go to your game library. Select The Sims 4, open the game’s properties or launch options, and look for the Advanced Launch Options section.

In the Command Line Arguments field, enter:
-disablepacks:

Then add the code for the pack you want to disable.

For example:
-disablepacks:EP11

disables Cottage Living

Here’s a list of the Expansion Pack codes

Get to Work: EP01
Get Together: EP02
City Living: EP03
Cats & Dogs: EP04
Seasons: EP05
Get Famous: EP06
Island Living: EP07
Discover University: EP08
Eco Lifestyle: EP09
Snowy Escape: EP10
Cottage Living: EP11
High School Years: EP12
Growing Together: EP13
Horse Ranch: EP14
For Rent: EP15
Lovestruck: EP16
Life & Death: EP17
Businesses & Hobbies: EP18
Enchanted by Nature: EP19

You can use the same -disablepacks: command for Game Packs. Just use the appropriate GP code instead of an EP code.

For example:

-disablepacks:GP05

disables Parenthood

The Game Pack codes are:

Outdoor Retreat: GP01

Spa Day: GP02

Dine Out: GP03

Vampires: GP04

Parenthood: GP05

Jungle Adventure: GP06

StrangerVille: GP07

Realm of Magic: GP08

Star Wars: Journey to Batuu: GP09

Dream Home Decorator: GP10

My Wedding Stories: GP11

Werewolves: GP12

Stuff Packs can also be disabled using their SP codes.

For example:

-disablepacks:SP13

disables Laundry Day

The Stuff Pack codes are:

Luxury Party Stuff: SP01

Perfect Patio Stuff: SP02

Cool Kitchen Stuff: SP03

Spooky Stuff: SP04

Movie Hangout Stuff: SP05

Romantic Garden Stuff: SP06

Kids Room Stuff: SP07

Backyard Stuff: SP08

Vintage Glamour Stuff: SP09

Bowling Night Stuff: SP10

Fitness Stuff: SP11

Toddler Stuff: SP12

Laundry Day Stuff: SP13

My First Pet Stuff: SP14

Moschino Stuff: SP15

Tiny Living Stuff: SP16

Nifty Knitting Stuff: SP17

Paranormal Stuff: SP18

Home Chef Hustle Stuff: SP46

Crystal Creations Stuff: SP49

You can also disable multiple packs by adding their codes to the command. This lets you temporarily create a more lightweight version of The Sims 4 without uninstalling the packs from your computer.

Just remember that disabling a pack can affect gameplay and content from that pack in your save. Keep a backup before experimenting with different pack combinations.
