Currently, there is no in-game option to directly adjust your Sim’s height in The Sims 4. The game uses height to show the differences between ages like teenagers, young adults, and older Sims. All Sims in the same age group are the same height.
Letting you adjust your Sim’s height would make it hard to tell if they’re a teenager or a young adult. But having a few different heights for adult Sims could make the game more fun.
Use Mods to Change the Height of Your Sims
If you like using mods, there are mods called height sliders that let you change your Sim’s height. Since the game’s creators don’t have this feature, mods are the only way to do it.
But using height slider mods can make things like social interactions, hugging, and kissing look a bit strange.
Look for a mod called “Height Slider Mod” or similar. Mods like these are created by the Sims community and can be found on various modding websites.
Just remember to always download mods from reputable sources and follow the installation instructions carefully to avoid any issues with your game.
Things to Keep in Mind:

In-Game Height Slider Limitations
The main problem with adding a height slider is animations. That’s why the game’s creators decided not to include one.
If they did, they’d have to make thousands of new animations.
For every notch on the slider, there would need to be about 100 different versions of each animation to make sure all interactions look right.
Each height option would need lots of animations for everything to look right.
All those animations would take up a lot of space on your computer. It would need to store them all, even if it only uses one at a time.
This would need more computer power like a faster CPU and more RAM.
With all these challenges, it’s unlikely the creators will add a way for players to change their Sims’ height.
But remember, you can still change your Sim’s body shape and muscles. Hit the gym and watch your Sim get buff!
